As of June 2008:

Our most current project to be developed is Dulles Landing

It will be a 700,000 square foot retail center located at Route 50 & 606 in Arcola, Virginia.

So far, National Tenants will include:

a Super Walmart, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Petsmart, Michael's, Ross, and Kohl's. 

Dulles Landing will also include multiple national restaurants and a compliment of small stores

Target date for completion is Fall of 2009
