Beatty Management Company, Inc. is a commercial real estate firm based in McLean, VA.

Founded in 1967 by owner Guy E. Beatty, we not only develop retail and commercial properties, but we also manage our properties, allowing
us to provide the best possible service to our tenants and to the
surrounding communities.

In recent years, we hired a property management company in Charleston, to manage the three retail shopping centers we own in South Carolina. Our goal was to ensure our centers are being maintained to the standards we have established.
