How do I report a Maintenance Problem?

Call our main office number, 703-821-0500 and report the problem in detail to the receptionist.
A maintenance log will be created and your request will be addressed as soon as possible.

How do I contact your office if I have an after-hours emergency?

We have a Maintenance Engineer on-call 24 hours a day, please call 703-967-6591 if it is after hours and an emergency.

I am a new tenant, do I have to pay the utilities at my space?

Yes, each tenant is responsible for putting the electric, water, and gas into your name as soon as you take possession of the space

Am I required to have any liability insurance?

Yes, your lease states you are required to have insurance and a Certificate of Insurance must be faxed to our office at (703)442-7545

Can I put up any sign I want for my business?

No, there are sgin guidelines for each pro[erty. Please have your sign company submit sign renderings to us at bmco@beattycos.com for approval

How do I know what amount to pay for my rent?

Each tenant has a base rental amount and operating expenses in addition to that base amount. You must add these together to calculate the correct amount. All of this information can be found in your lease.

If you are a Virginia or Maryland tneant, mail your rent check to our office at:
