I am a tenant in your shopping center, How do I report a property management issue?

Call our main office number, (703)821-0500 and report the problem in detail to the receptionist.
A maintenance log will be created and your request will be addressed as soon as possible.

Where do I send my rent check ?

If you are a Virginia or Maryland tenant, mail your rent check to our office at:

If you are a South Carolina tenant, you must mail your payment to the SC Management Company:

I am a tenant and need to allow the phone company access to our phone room, how do I go about this?

Please call our main office and the receptionist will give you the code.

I have a roof leak, am I responsible for this?

Generally speaking, the Landlord is responsible for all roof leaks and you should call the main office to report any leaks right away.

When is my rent due?

Typically by the first of each month, however your lease will specify the exact due date.
