Dulles Landing will be a 500,000+ square foot retail power center located at
Route 50 & 606 in Arcola, Virginia.

So far, National Tenants will include:

Walmart, Kohl's, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Petsmart, Michael's, Dress Barn, Famous Footwear,
Chevy Chase Bank and Next Day Blinds.

Toys R' Us/Babies R' Us is expected to finalize their lease in the very near future.

Dulles Landing will also include multiple national restaurants and a compliment of small stores.
