The Beatty Companies is a commercial real estate development firm that has been actively engaged in the development of shopping centers, office buildings, industrial and multi-family residential for over forty years.
Our focus for the past twenty years has been in the development of retail centers ranging in size from 60,000 to 600,000 square feet.
Currently we own 14 properties throughout Virginia, Maryland and South Carolina. We built the majority of these properties, and today we still continue managing them to ensure they are fully maintained.
