Beatty Development Corporation is a Commercial Real Estate Firm located in Mclean, VA. Founded in 1967 by owner Guy E. Beatty, we not only develop retail and commercial properties from the ground up, but our Management Division, Beatty Management Company, Inc., manages our local properties, allowing us to provide the best possible service to our tenants and to the surrounding communities. For our properties located in South Carolina, we work with a Property Management Firm located in Charleston to ensure those centers are being maintained properly on a regular basis.
